This is the marketing website I was to made for SEARCH & DESIGN and the 440 West 36th Street property. Although this is an on going project, they wish to search for investors during construction as well and hope a website will help.
For this project I first researched multiple other luxury property websites, primarily those in New York. Using Figma I took screenshots of these sites and marked up similarities I found between them as well as what I felt worked well with our design. A few aspects being large full width images, easy navigation, a consistent color theme, and artistic diagrams.
From there I went on to design, choosing a fitting color palette and fonts…
I then made a few design options for different pages of the website, starting with the homepage.
I wanted a clean layout with minimal text, only the information needed putting a focus on the building and residences rather than the site design.
Unfortunately, as of now, this website is still private and cannot be shared. But I did get permission to show some screenshots.
